ABOUT US
We provide top quality, tailor-made outpatient counseling & clinical services
Yesodot is a nonprofit organization that provides social services and resources for children, teens, families and community leaders. We began as a group of young professionals who quickly identified the urgent need of social services in our community. Due to social stigmas there was a lack of resources available to the various age groups and their families. Today Yesodot has broken those stigmas and provides top quality, tailor-made outpatient counseling which operates as an FFS with a sliding scale. Our clinical staff are all licensed NY state therapists, psychiatrists, and PsyD. Our credentialed staff include MSWs , CASAC, and Life Coaches.
4 PILLAR APPROACH
Our unique “Four Pillar” approach is an effective integrative model. It is based on the bio-psychosocial / spiritual development which is person centered and designed for each individual in mind. Our organization continues to grow alongside our patients as we continue to receive positive endorsements from community and state level leaders alike.

Infant to 5 years of age and their families will receive therapies using evidence based and trauma focused techniques. We work in a family environment and create a safe and comfortable space for both child and family members to open and share.
Parents
Parents and families are provided with resources and guidance through case management. Depending on the individual situation, these resources may include financial, community and emotional guidance Counseling services will be provided by licensed professionals.
5 to 18 years
5 to 18 years of age will receive either or both psychiatric and psychosocial assessments. Other services include individual, family, and group therapy. We also provide medication management, case management and referrals for patients.
Leaders
This ongoing effort is based on the current issues facing our community and finding ways to respond and resolve them from within. Training and workshops will be offered to help the community face these issues and respond to them in an effective manner.
MAKING THE DIFFERENCE
Most recently we received a donation from one of our board members and invested that into our new state of the art system of Teletherapy. Any donations we receive will be invested into our next projects that will enhance our services to you. These include initiatives that give back to the people such as our recent program “Spreading The Love”, a collaboration with CQJCC - for every 18 dollars donated you received a cheese cake and also gifted one to a homebound senior. Yesodot and BJU also gave out free masks to the community during covid19. Volunteers have become an integral part of our Yesodot family and help keep our mission alive. Without our volunteers much of our community outreach would not be possible.
